SmartPT Core is the on-prem platform for JIT Access and AD Control. These docs explain installation, licensing, Active Directory integration, JIT roles and assignments, AD Control tiered support, OTP verification, audit, and troubleshooting.
- JIT Access: temporary Active Directory group membership for approved privileged roles.
- AD Control: tiered helpdesk controls for password reset, account unlock, profile updates, group membership, protected users, and Tier 0 protection.
